To begin, you need a building contract, which we prepare and provide you with. All you need to do at this stage is sign the contract and pay a deposit – and then your alfresco project begins in earnest.
After that, you receive a copy of the building contract so you will have all the specifications of your alfresco area, its’ construction and an introduction to the team.
You will know exactly what you are investing in, and how the project will progress.
