Weather-Proof Walkway
Client brief: Our client had an awkward space between their existing alfresco, under the original roof line and their boundary. They wanted a flexible roofing solution as they had a fernery under it but it is also where the weather comes from.
Client location: Wodonga
What was done: We installed a tapered louvre bank between the house and the boundary. We worked with the council at length to make sure we could get maximum coverage. This is where the UA experts really shine!
Result: A complete win for the client. Everything they wanted without compromise. It’s not always the size of a build that can be challenging, but in cases like this it is the process to get it approved successfully.
