What we did: We added operable roof louvres to keep the modern look and feel whist giving the clients the option of using the space all year round by being able to open and close the louvres as they wish.

Result: The perfect addition to a new construction. Integrated in the original plans meant for perfect collaboration and flow of the building and structures. Great result.
