Client brief: Our client had purchased a recently built, beautiful property just out of town with a glorious homestead style house. The only thing missing was an outdoor entertaining area to enjoy their amazing views.
Client location: Burrumbuttock
What we did: An insulated panel gable roof connected to their main living/kitchen area. Fully dimmable modern LED lights and a stylish fan completed the project. Perspex infill to the ends to keep weather out, but let light in.
Result: We came up with a design that was sympathetic to the original style of the house and provided practical and generous cover. We used insulated panels with a small corrugated look to keep the agricultural element to the addition. They have been inspired to create a full resort-like feel and are now adding a pool just off the new Ultimate Alfresco.

Before and Afters
There’s nothing we love more than a project well done.
Here are a few of our recent favourites.
The Burrumbuttock Build
Client brief: Our client had purchased a recently built beautiful property just out of town with a glorious homestead style house. The only thing missing was an outdoor entertaining area to enjoy their amazing views.

Heritage House
Client brief: wanting to extend this heritage house to incorporate an outdoor area that can be made to feel like it is essentially part of the house but also a little different as to not be boring.
Client location: Central Albury
BEFORE
What we did: designed and constructed an insulated gable alfresco using reclaimed timber and enclosed with a frameless glass panel sliding system.
Result: a beautiful space that is in total keeping with the original house and it warm feel. By using natural reclaimed timber for the structure, we not only created an individual space but also a talking point for all visitors. After using the alfresco for a while the client then decided to ad to it by enclosing the 2 sides that were open with a sliding glass wall system to create a space that will be used all year round.

A Grand Design
Client brief: to create a separate space away from the house where they can host dinners and not have the BBQ smoke go into the house and also have weather protection as their block us large and quite exposed to the elements.
Client location: Thurgoona – large block
BEFORE
What we did: independent gable alfresco structure made from Flatdek.
Result: By aligning the new structure with the existing house and integrating colours and product we were able to design and construct an area that is dethatched for the house but clearly still integrated and in keeping with the original aesthetics.

Saw-tooth Style
Client brief: Our client had an awkward space adjoining their existing alfresco and the boundary of their property. They didn’t want to block the sun entirely but needed more weather protection to make the space user friendly.
Client location: Thurgoona
BEFORE
What we did: Insulated panel saw tooth alfresco attached to the existing residence. Powder coated aluminium slats to each and Perspex infill between roof panels.
Result: To protect the space from the western sun and bring in the morning sun, the client opted for a saw tooth designed insulated roof. We incorporated the colour of their house and existing roof to make the new structure as integrated as possible. The clients are thrilled with their new space.
