The All-Seasons Space
Client brief: Our client had a small area to incorporate a lot of features. They wanted height in the structure to create an illusion of space, and needed the build to be pool compliant and also incorporate a wood fireplace.
Client location: Albury
What was done: We used an insulated roofing panel which is able to be flued through unlike most other roofing materials. We also incarnated an electrical plan with LEDs and a fan so the space can be used both day and night. The use of the wood fireplace makes it welcoming in all seasons also.
Result: The client loved it! This area now completes her townhouse with a lap pool for summer and a fireplace for winter – an alfresco for every season!
