INITIAL CONSULTATION

So that we can best help you we will listen to your story, what it is you want to build and your dream. We will guide you through a questionnaire to ensure that your time frame, budget and build are clearly understood, and once established we then arrange for a visit to your home for an on-site consultation.

BUILD COST ESTIMATE

After your initial consultation and perhaps even a site-visit, we will usually have a clear understanding of what is to be included in your project. We will then provide you with an estimate cost. If you are happy with the estimate, then your plans and the design will be start.

PLANS AND DESIGN

Sometimes our customers provide us with plans of their project. However, as a courtesy we are happy to provide you with plans should you not have any. The plans will represent the design of your project and allow us to provide you with an actual project cost. Should your project require it we will involve an architect to complete the plans. This will be at a fee, however the plans are then yours to keep.

ACTUAL PROJECT COST

From the initial consultation and after all plans and design are completed we are able to provide you with actual project cost. If you are happy with the proposal then let’s get your project underway! A building contract will provide you will all the specifications of your project, so that you know exactly what you are getting. From here, your signature and deposit will get your project moving.

BUILDING CONTRACT

COUNCIL APPLICATION

We will take care of all the Council paperwork, including engineering certification and submit a Building Application on your behalf. Once we have received the Council Approval and Home Owners Warranty insurance, an order for your materials is placed and then your project will be scheduled for building. Our team will contact you of the progress of your project along the way with a phone call, email or text message – whichever you prefer.

CONSTRUCTION

Once we have received confirmation that your materials are ready for build, we will schedule our construction crew to commence works. They will contact you to introduce themselves prior to attending your site. They will also check with you have in regard to pets on site, access to power or site accessibility. Should you have any queries or concerns at the construction stage, then this will be managed by our Building Supervisor.

PRACTICAL COMPLETION

At the completion of all works our Building Supervisor will arrange a time suitable to you for a full handover and check of your project. We want to ensure that you are totally “wowed” at the completion of your project.
